How to select the products?

In the main menu you can find our entire product catalog and some additional contents. Select the item you are interested in and access the category page to discover all the products. Within each category you can use filters (type, features, surfaces to be cleaned ...) to find the appliance that best suits your needs more quickly. You can also search for the desired product by entering a keyword in the search field at the top right of the screen. You will then see the list of related results. For each model you will find photos, name, price and a brief description: you can click on "Add to cart" to add the product to your cart or on "Compare" to add it to the comparison list that allows you to compare the features of up to a maximum of 4 products. To access more information about the product, click on the name or image; in the product page you will find the description, the technical data, other photos and / or videos, the accessories included in the package and the compatible ones that can be purchased separately.

How to purchase?

After choosing the model you want, indicate the quantity you want to order and click "Add to cart" in the product sheet. You can choose whether to add other products in the same way, complete the purchase or not.

What will I find in my shopping cart?

In the cart you will find all the products you have selected, ready to be purchased. You can always choose to: - delete the products you do not want to buy by clicking on the trash can icon - change the quantity of the products you want to purchase, by changing the number in the "Quantity" field and then clicking on "Update shopping cart". If you have a discount code to use, enter it in the appropriate field. By clicking on the "Estimated shipping and Tax" you will have an indication of the shipping costs of your purchase at this stage. To proceed with the purchase, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.

How do I proceed with my order?

To proceed, you will be asked for your personal data: we will use them to deliver the product. Once you have entered the necessary data, you can click on "Continue" to access the payment phase. For more information on the processing of your data for the purpose of purchase, read the Customer notice for commercial purposes.

How can I pay?

Choose whether to pay by credit card or PayPal. After you have chosen the payment method, you can securely enter your sensitive data. We remind you that you can still use your credit card when choosing the PayPal payment method, without necessarily opening a PayPal account: just click on "Pay with a card" after selecting PayPal. In case of errors or anomalies, please contact us.

I have placed the order. And now?

Once the order is placed, we will send you a summary of the purchase to the email you indicated. We recommend that you always keep a copy of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, you can always contact us below.

Where is my order?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an e-mail update including the link to track the shipment. Registered users can always check the status of the order by accessing their personal area.
