Guidelines after use

For best product maintenance, after each use we recommend performing the following operations: self-cleaning cycle, dirty water tank cleaning, HEPA filter cleaning, brush cover cleaning, and rotating brush cleaning, as indicated in the instruction manual.

When is it recommended to run the self-cleaning cycle?

We recommend starting the self-cleaning cycle after each use to ensure optimal product performance. If you notice visible residue on the roller or inside the tubes, we suggest repeating the cycle to make sure all parts are thoroughly cleaned.

Should the base always remain connected to the power outlet?

Yes, until the battery is fully charged and the roller is completely dry.

How do I connect the charging base to the plug?

First connect the plug to the charging base, then plug the charger into the wall socket.

How often should the roller filter be replaced?

There is no precise indication: it depends on the type and roughness of the surface and on the frequency of use. We recommend replacing it when the microfiber appears worn or when cleaning is no longer effective.

How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?

The recommended replacement interval for a HEPA filter depends on the environment and how much dust or dirt the user is typically exposed to. For regular daily use, it's generally advised to replace it every 6/8 months. If the user chooses to wash the filter, make sure it is thoroughly dried in direct sunlight before using it again, to maintain its performance and longevity.

How much surface can I clean with one battery charge?

With a full battery charge and an average cleaning speed, you can cover approximately 60–80 m². However, this may vary depending on the type of floor (tiles, parquet, laminate…), the cleaning mode, and the amount of water used.

Can anything be added to the water in the tank to help with unpleasant smells?

No, it is strongly recommended to use only tap water, without any additives or added substances. To ensure proper operation and preserve the device’s longevity, please avoid using: - distilled water, rainwater, or water enriched with additives (such as starch or fragrances) - water from other appliances, filtered pitchers, or water softeners - any type of chemical or natural substances, including detergents, descalers, essential oils, etc. Adding such elements may compromise the product’s performance and void the warranty.

Can products like Kalstop and/or Frescovapor be added to the water in the tank?

No, it is strongly recommended to use only tap water, without any additives or added substances. To ensure proper operation and preserve the device’s longevity, please avoid using: - distilled water, rainwater, or water enriched with additives (such as starch or fragrances) - water from other appliances, filtered pitchers, or water softeners - any type of chemical or natural substances, including detergents, descalers, essential oils, etc. Adding such elements may compromise the product’s performance and void the warranty.

Can the heating base damage delicate surfaces like parquet?

No, the heating base does not damage the surface it rests on.

Is it normal for the product to leave water traces on the floor after cleaning?

Yes, it can happen. If the roller is particularly wet, some water traces may remain on the floor during the steam/vacuum cleaning phase. This is more likely after cleaning large surfaces or when dealing with heavy dirt. To reduce residual moisture, we recommend performing an additional vacuum-only pass at the end of the cleaning process.
