Polti Vaporetto 3 Clean works with tap water. To prevent problems due to limescale, the appliance comes with a limescale filter with resins that filter the water before it enters the steam generation system. For the product to function properly, we recommend replacing the filter regularly. Spare filters can be found for sale in our online store HERE.
